Apostle Mbambo was born at Malukazi and when he was very young, his parents moved to Chesterville Location in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. His father, Apostle A.S. Mbambo is the founder of ‘United Apostolic Faith Church”. His father prophesied that he would be a shepherd of God’s flock.
Apostle Mbambo received Jesus Christ as Lord and personal Savior at a very young age. As a teenager, he got involved in leading and organizing Church programs especially youth activities in his father’s church.
He is the Apostle, Senior Pastor and Founder of Family Worship Centre, which has been in existence since the year 2000. Family Worship Centre is a fast growing church and a strong congregation, which has become known in the community of Umlazi and all surrounding areas.
Apostle MMS Mbambo is recognized as one of the most influential leaders that combine the 20th and 21st Century. He works closely with his wife Pastor Norma Mbambo and their children where he ministers God’s word around the world with such anointing.
He is regarded as a father and an Apostle that has helped shape many churches in South Africa. He also ministers to a number of radio programs, and also sits as a Chairperson on several Pastoral Fraternal Boards
His vision from his passion of winning souls for the Kingdom of God is that the salvation of the nations begins with the family. To impact the families, through families their communities and, their communities our nation.
